An established pet food brand with ingredients from Australia and New Zealand is looking for cat & dog profiles to conduct a focus group experiment to understand more about pets & pet owners in Singapore. The brand is currently selling their products in Singapore and will be expanding their product line in 2021.

Campaign Brief:

Products they currently carry:

  • Wet Food for puppy and adult dog
  • Wet Food for cat (all life stages)
  • Dry Food for Cat and Dog (all life stages)
  • Freeze-Dried Raw Main Food for Dog (all life stages)
  • Freeze-Dried Raw Treat/Toppers for Dog (all life stages)

We cannot disclose any information about the brand at this moment, more information will be shared during the focus group itself.

What you will receive (if selected):

Focus Group 1-on-1 details:

  • Date: Your preferred weekend (between 16 - 31 Aug)
  • Timing: 2 hours, either 10 am-12 pm OR 3 pm-5 pm
  • Location: West, Clementi

How it works: It will be a 1-on-1 focus group.  

You and your pet will take part in 2 short experiments:

  • SMELL - you will be the participant and will be required to take off your mask
  • TASTE - your pet will be the participant

Please note:

  • The session will be filmed for the brand’s promotional usage (The brand has full rights to the contents from the videos filmed featuring the talents).
  • Note that you and your pet will be filmed during the session.
  • You are required to bring your pet to the session

Deliverables:

Pre-launch week: 18th to 24th Oct

  • One static post on food review

 Launching weeks: 25th Oct to 7th Nov

  • One static post that talks about the launch and the promo of free check-ups for purchase made within the launch period

 Post-launch weeks: 8th to 28th Nov

  • 3-5 insta stories that include a story about the check-up experience and the others will be how much your furkid loves the food
