Packaging is all good but my kit doesn't like it, only sniff and walked away
Too hard to bite
My cat didnt like it, i needed to put it in water to make it softer. My cat teeth weren't as strong as how hard the sticks are. More of average rating

It has a bad smell. Too tough.
It has a very bad smell (like some smelly socks). Kitty sniffed and tried a few bites then gave up. Even when broken into smaller pieces, kitty was not happy with it. Maybe kitty is juz fussy.
